Some thoughts

We know this much to be true: that crises or difficult situations make us stronger, and that we learn by experiencing obstacles. So, why don’t we apply this same logic to our relationships with difficult people? The key to true happiness and love in life is realizing and honoring the interconnectedness we have with everyone and everything around us—the people and things we like as well as those we dislike.  We can choose to be angry, or we can choose to acknowledge our dislike without letting it affect our own feelings and moods. It does feel better to be kind and loving than it does to be angry. So, why not choose love, even when it might be difficult?
Displaying emotions of anger and hatred will only make our personality inferior and demean our own virtues....
